Andalucia Information Services are aware of people's concerns about the manner in which information about you is used, stored and shared, and we appreciate that you believe that we will do this with both care and sensitivity.

 on protecting our customers private details.

 

The Information we Collect

 

We only collect information which our customers provide us either via e-mail or support tickets. We never store any personal banking information unless it is required for direct invoicing purposes, and only when this is agreed in advance by written consent from our customers. We do not collect or receive any financial data which is required to allow our customers to purchase our products on-line.

Any information about our customers and clients which we receive is never sold or given to others under any circumstances.

 

Protection of Andalucia Information Services and others

 

We will only use or release your information when this is required to comply with the law or to apply the terms and conditions contained in our Service Level Agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Andalucia Information Services

This also includes providing information to other companies or organisations for Fraud Protection or to reduce Credit Risk. It does not include selling, sharing or otherwise divulging personaly identifiable information for commercial purposes.

 

Security

 

Procedural safeguards are used in relation to the collection, storage and disclosure of our customer information, and access to this information is only permitted on a strictly need to know basis.
